Zaslání emailu, který nedojde na fungující schránku.

Ahoj, posílám klientovi do Francie email a schránka existuje, ale pokud to pošlu já tak přijde tato odpověď. Pošle to spolupracovník z SK a tomu to přijde v pořádku. Co s tím se dá dělat.? Díky za radu.
