Searching for freelance flash developers

We are an ad agency from Germany and we are searching for new freelance flash developers for our flash-project.

Here are some details about:

We are searching for Flash designers in order to create Flash contents for a web platform. Basically, those are animated clips of about 15 to 30 seconds length. They can be either in cartoon-, business-, grunge-, animé- or any other style.

In case you have experience with such animated clips, please be aware of the following: Applicants should know how to structure a dynamic Flash clip and should also know a bit of ActionScript (coding is not needed, but you should know how to implement given codes).
