jde to pomoci php ,viz http://www.jonasjohn.de/snippets/php/dl-speed-limit.htm a podobnych je hodne hledej na google....

Já jsem viděl tento PHP script, ale nevím, jak neboli kam to vložit aby to fungovalo...
