Nstaveni Configu u PHPmyAdmin

Stahnul jsem si phpmyadmin 2.9.2, ale vubec nevim co mam nastavit v config souboru aby jsem se mohl do nej prihlasit muzete mi to nekdo podrobne popsat. Config.inc.php vypada takto:

Nastavte klíč pro šifrování cookies (blowfish_secret) v konfiguračním souboru (config.inc.php).

To mam prepsat cookies tim co je v zavorce?
