Nast.php.ini pro upload v linuxu

Nefungují mi funkce pro uploud v linux..používám mandriva 2007...poradí někdo s php.ini_?

Nefungují mi funkce"(move_uploaded_file , copy , is_uploaded_file)"

Nainstalovano mam:Server Version: Apache/2.2.4 (Mandriva Linux/PREFORK-6mdv2007.1)

Mohl by mi nekdo alespon poradid kde se v linuxu nastavuji prava serveru pro zapisovani?/

Prohlizec mi ani nenahlasi chybu jen ciste bila obrazovka.....

error_reporting na E_ALL mam a error log prazdnej...fakt nechapu..

to bylo prvni o me taky napadlo.....chown?/nechapu nejakej soubor?
